Community Service

After their retirement from those roles, the Village assumed oversight of the program to ensure its continued growth and long-term success. As Chairperson of the Youth & Recreation Committee, Lora works closely with the Recreation Director, offering guidance and behind-the-scenes support to enhance youth programming and expand recreational opportunities throughout the community. Lora believes that when you invest your heart and soul into a cause, positive outcomes follow. She is deeply committed to serving River Grove and continues to dedicate her time, experience, and passion to the Village and its residents.

Her husband, Matt, grew up in River Grove and currently serves the surrounding area as a Maywood Firefighter. Together, they are proud parents to their two sons, Chase and Caleb, and they share their home with their beloved dog, Charlotte, enjoying family life and remaining actively involved in their community.
