Yard waste consisting of grass clippings, twigs, leaves and/or plant material is to be set out in 30 gallon Kraft paper bags or in approved refuse cans. Cans must be waterproof with handles and a lid, and must not exceed 32 gallons in capacity or weigh more than 50 pounds when full. Residents using a can for yard waste must clearly mark the can with a large X.   Any brush or branches outside of the container must be cut down to 4 feet in length and bundled (use twine or string – no metal twine or wire) no greater than 2 feet in diameter and not weighing more than 50 lbs.  Unbundled brush WILL NOT be collected.

Please note that sod, dirt, rock, whole trees, limbs greater than 2 inches in diameter and stumps are not part of the weekly yard waste program.

Yard waste will be collected between April 1st and November 30th each year.
